Taylor Swift's full name Taylor Swift is Taylor Alison Swift. Taylor Swift was born on December 13th of 1989, in West Reading Pennsylvania U.S.A. Taylor Swift became famous as a performer and song writer in the early part of 2001 when she began sharing her stories of heartache. Swift had a passion for music since a young stage of her life. She swiftly rose through the ranks, beginning with roles in children's theater and eventually singing in front of an audience of thousands. When Swift sang The Star-Spangled Banner in front of the Philadelphia 76ers at a game when she was 11 she had already begun creating songs. The next year she started playing the guitar. Drawing inspiration from musicians from the country genre like Shania Twain and the Dixie Chicks (now the Chicks) Swift crafted original music that was a reflection of her experience of growing up in a world that was dominated by tweens. Swift relocated from Pennsylvania with her parents and moved to Tennessee, Hendersonville. she reached 13 and decided to spend her time in contacting country labels.
